The digitial billboard company put the signs up on their own with out the knowledge or blessing of the city. Funny thing is all this hit the media over a month ago but has seen a resurgence since the sign when up. The city asked the company to talk down the signs and they did. There has also been no more incidents in the last month since the first time the story hit the local news. J- |
