Since I have been back from my hiatus, I have noticed a shit ton of threads that have to do with the breakup of relationships, alimony, anger, and just plain hopelessness...
I tried to start a happy thread about love at first sight, that went over like a fart in church *lol*...What I have noticed though is ya'll need some advice 
Since we are the minority on this board, I think you should ask the womenz of Arf what we think...Since most of us are in happy relationships I think we could offer you guys some insight..This is my counter offer to the thread about what women want (a cocky man or a down home guy)... Maybe you guys can get a little help here...

Why, no matter how grave or dire the circumstance, do women always reply "nothing" when men who can tell that something is amiss ask what is wrong?
I firmly believe that Adam, returning home from his day working in the Garden of Eden, noticed the remnants of fruit and Eve's altered demeanor and made a similar inquiry, with Eve's initial response being "nothing". |

I think most of the anger comes from the unfair family court system.
Ive been married over 20 years. Expect to be married until i die. But if my wife ever decided to leave me I know it would destroy me financially. Child support, medical insurance, alimony for life, buying her out for half the house. buying her out for half my retirement accounts, ect. She could walk at anytime for any reason and when it was over would have a few hundred thousand in the bank and monthly checks for life. I would be broke, homeless, stuck with the penalties for early withdrawal from accounts and stuck with a new monthly debt for life. Thats a broken system. That needs to change or smarter men than me will avoid marriage. |

(I don't anymore I let it all out) Because women by nature (not all) are talkers..And we get to tellin you guys about what's wrong and you zone out *lol* That pisses us off more so sometimes it is just easier to say nothing and let it slide...
What is so important though is communication..I think if we communicate better we have better stronger relationships... |

My wife says our relationship will go smoother if I just always agree that she is right. I refuse to do this and we are coming up on ten years of marriage. Is this something I'll just have to fight forever?
