I just spoke to Ms Dickenson from the ATF who wrote the email, she stated that it was banned because a pistol was made in 5.45x39. I asked which company made it and she said the Polish Radom company made it, it's the Radom 89 Onyks. She didn't know if they were being imported here and referred me to her branch chief who I'm waiting a call back from but I don't know who would have tried to import this as a handgun and if they did, they're just a bunch of inconsiderate jerks.
I'm concerned though that they may have banned the round based on the handgun being manufactured overseas and not imported here. If that's the case then I think this should be able to be fought. |

Who wants to chip in and pay for Embody to take Yeager's "Fighting Pistol" class? Of course, he has to use a 5.45x39 pistol.
It could be an epic occurrence. Two of the most infamous people who've had their Handgun Carry Permits revoked, even if Yeager's was reinstated, by the TN Department of Safety for being dangers to the public. Maybe we could convince Embody to call Yeager a coward and ask for tips on how to shoot from a ditch, causing Yeager to go crazy and break Leonard's back. |

From what has come out from the website posted, and now Embody posting on GB he has a ton of 7n6 to sell, and gloating he has banned the importation of the round, did he in fact: Cause the import ban of 7n6 with designs to do the same with x54r? Bluffed his way into doing this to make that buck (ATF scrambling to see if there is a hoax)? The other coin of this is did James Yeager have anything to do with this. Both Yeager and Embody live comparably close to each other (and probably both reside in a ditch). After all, it is Yeager who posted the email, and the printed email was (is) suspicious. Besides, if Embody has an FFL (if it hasn't be revoked--please correct me) he can't sell it anyways. If any of this is true, then I surmise Embody, or people like him, will buy up all the ammo that could be ruled AP that is imported and make pistols in order to make an artificial demand with them holding the monopoly.
