Go to www.paypal.com and it will walk you through. While it is convenient, the sight can be balky at times. And some vendors charge 2-3% more for using it. Some people have concerns about using a credit card on the internet. It's your call.
Works fine for me though (so far). |

I've used Paypal at least 50 times in the last 6 months, without a problem.
However, you will be given a limit that will be lifted, once you "verify" your account. |

I used to use it all the time. It is quicker than sending a money order. The Post-Office can't lose it. I didn't use a credit card, but a debit from my checking account.
Use a buddy as a reference and they will send him $5. OSA |
