I literally just paid half that at Cabelas....

On a similar note the two boxes of M22 I had are part of the recall.

Not posting link = fail. I hope it's not that 50 rd boxes for $8 they have had for a few days. I got a chuckle out of that.

No it won't. Last week when it came in stock at that price it was gone in under an hour.

Either they found a distributor who is charging more, or they were tired of people crashing their servers when 22 came in stock.

Not sure how you figure that... it sells for $70 and up per brick at the gun shows around here, and it sells out quickly.

Shit, I just saw that, gotta check mine.

Do you think there's real danger in using them in say, a converted AR or a 10/22?

I doubt it. There are vast swaths of the country that haven't seen .22 LR on the shelf in months. Not to mention, that Palmetto price is cheaper than 95% of the listings for .22LR on Gunbot.net. I'd bet those Federal value pack boxes are gone before lunch.

It should sell well because people are buying it at higher prices. If it sells out in a few hours then it was under priced.

Yeah, I'd say. I didn't buy any, but those were the first bulk packs I recall seeing available at PSA in quite some time...so I kept an eye on it for giggles. Certainly wasn't a good price, but it rivaled what I've seen at the local Big Boxes.
