So, it's basically the same shit we dealt with during the cold war with the Soviets. They'd often do stuff like that. Nothing new.

This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we'll be lucky to live through it.

at least we are there taking a look at their shiney new carrier… obama will order the USN to surrender to the Chinese soon

0 might actually stand up to the Chinese because they don't like Muslims and he has to protect his brothers.

In a game of chicken, it's the chicken who backs down. Does anyone reeeeeally wonder what the outcome will be?

Maybe "ramming speed" will take on new life with the launch of the DD-1000.
Greek Triremes, anyone? |

Chinese LST
Vs Anything in the US Navy Blue Water Feet Bitch please. One is made for hardcore fighting (Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser), the other is a flat bottomed manatee that lays near the beach. |

Never happened before.
(There's about 3-6 of these a year that get reported) |

It seems to me like the Red Chinese are going down the same path the Imperial Japanese did in the 20s and 30s with their navy. Bullying their neighbors and playing games with western Navies, but without the invasions and pillaging of civilians. I think the Admirals need to open a history book and read about the years leading up to WWII. I know, CSB, tin foil and all that noise.

View Quote Wow! Risk everyone's lives for what? How often does stuff like that happen that we never know about? At what point does the captain of the ship say its fo time, or does that come from higher up? I'm not .mil if you couldn't tell. lol. |

Was there a low-slung stealth ship between them with Rupert Murdoch on board?

Haven't seen dport in awhile. If we had BBs we could have just plowed through those thin-skinned Chinese ships. Cannot do that with those aluminum can cruisers.

Lol...China has a Navy? I didn't know they considered row boats a Navy... View Quote Laugh now but you, I and everyone knows they are not playing a game. They have one intent and that is world domination on every level. The US is failing state and the thought they we are so in bed together that China dare not take it to the next level is BS. They are smart commies unlike the Russians were back in the day and they know that the US will back down everytime so they will continue to push. They do not expect to dominate the world next week but in 20 years they will own us economically. |

Is that ship in the background a Jap ship? Doesn't look like a Perry or a Burke.

I can't see anyone wanting to serve on the USS BHO.
Not the Clinton either, unless it was a sub and they called it the Slick Willy. The squids would go for that until they realized they'd have to go down on it. Then they'd REALLY like it. |

Wasn't this the same ship that had issues with a female XO or something last year?
Bring on the drama! |
