Oh my friggin' lord! I cannot hit "mute" fast enough when these commercials come on!

I thought he & Steven Seagal went away in the early 1990s--now I find Seagal's movies are shot directly on video (along with his bad hair piece) & Bolton's torturing us with car commercials.

Oh! The humanity!

And the palindrome of "Bolton" is "Notlob" not Ipswich....

I heard he's actually pretty cool. He was apparently passing quietly through my city a few months ago and a local radio dj ran into him at a restaurant, started talking with him and ended up having dinner with him. The DJ said he was really cool, and he never did tell MB he was a local DJ.

WTF?!

I respect artists who write & play their own music--he doesn't--he covers others' music. He MAY have written something, but his career as a writer isn't what he's known for--He's known for covering others' work.

I don't find him particularly talented as a singer--since he's a has-been singing in car commercials-- most of the world that listens to music agrees.

On the plus side--I've been conditioned to read ARF.com to avoid him--it's a win/win!

Maybe he'll start singing the music for "Steven Seagal--Lawman." That would surely showcase his talent.

Now if we could somehow get Jean Claude Van Damme-Annoying into those commercials--THAT would be noteworthy!

The first time it was not expected and one gets the joke.

The 5th time it's old and really played out, like Toyota putting Jan in awkward situations with stupid customers, but at least we get to see Jan.

Geico used Eddie Money one time. It was funny. If they used him 5 times in different commercials, it would be lack of imagination like we get with Honda and Toyota.
