Update: It was just announced that Nebraska now has a grand total of 50 people who have applied. Not bought insurance, just applied. No one has successfully bought it yet, and those measly 50 applications were so screwed up that Blue Cross had to hire temps to process them because they don't have enough staff.

I mean, the server is pretty bad, what if a bunch of people just go to the sign up page and just sit there, will it bog down the website?
