NYshooter nailed it on the head. Racial issues with the Cinci cops may be what pissed them off to start with, but in their rage they have hurt only themselves. I hate to see this kind of thing happen, and I definately believe there may be more than a little justification for their anger, but for cryin out loud, there are much better ways of resolving the problems than burning down their own neighborhood.
