Got another good nights sleep.  Does so much for your attitude can't believe it.
Back to liking my feet for now. Little numbness and tingling but nothing that I couldn't live with. With all the walking around color is much better also. Life has taken a big turn, for the better.
Just to give a idea of my threshold. They would take a big syringe and draw fluid off the R knee. He would do it in four places without fully withdrawing it. If it was all yellow no blood it was all good. He would take off all he could maybe needed a second. Then a shot for pain right down in the joint then he would move it and get the muscle attachments. Give it a quick tape and it was GTG. Just day to day stuff. I just neglected this for too long. Wow let's all go out and kick some ass. It's Saturday go live it!!!!11 We'll take no prisoners today. 
Edit for you haven't lived till the trainer and two others reset your shoulder on the sideline and your back in on the next series. 
You should try it sometime.

We woke up at the crack of dawn and went shooting. I shot my groups to test these reloads. And my daughter rocked out the 10/22 like a boss.
She shot the AR15 for the first time, only 3 rounds. She shot good too, we had a good morning.

I really hope we can get all our kids together for some quality family shoot time one day. we just got back from the range for a quickie... 100+ rounds of ak74 and my buddies wife was familiarizing herself with the model 40 .38spl snubbie...just gonna boil some water to clean my ak and sweep up all the mud on the kitchen floor...got in trouble. |

Oh thats a great idea bounce. Our kids would have a great time togeather, while they are outside shooting they will talk about legos builds and mincraft maps. Hehe |
