Anyone seen these? Put on headphones and it plays your voice back to you at a slight delay. Makes it impossible to speak.

I've been playing with an app for this. De-articulator for the iphone (also runs on iPad) is funny. Turn the headphones up and enjoy

The Iphone version seems to work much better than the Android version.
I got some people at work to act like stroked-out retards today.
Turned it way down and put the headphones on my boxer a bit ago, he froze like a statue and got the big-eyed 1000yd stare like he had seen the end.... |
