I just picked these up. Sorry about the cell phone pics, but I am no paparazzo. I don't even own a camera.
My take on the set is as follows: -Great job on the FDE Cerakote. Nice and even with no apparent flaws. -Upper and Lower fit nice and tight. -Grip color matches superbly. -Grip is amazingly comfortable. This rifle has my daughter's name on it, I am building it for her. I will be using a BCM M16 BCG and a DD MK18 FDE Rail, maybe a B5 Sopmod stock and FDE Inforce light. Not sure what else though. Now for pics:

I got lucky...... When UCWRG accidentally made their Gen 3 lowers available and canceled the order they hooked us up with a set to make up for the mistake. The lower I had ordered was for a special build for my daughter. I explained that to their office manager and she made it right by hooking me up with the FDE set. They are awesome people and provide great customer service. Funny part is that my wife was the one who was most upset when the order canceled and was the one who worked the deal out with UC. Wife is a huge Resident Evil Fan and our daughter is named Mila. So naturally we are building her an Umbrella Corp Rifle and will name it Alice. |

What's cool is the pissed off people prevail, but when you bring them the source of the error of the Gen 3 sales....you get told thank you. Cool that you got the hook up though, just wish the grip matched a little better.

The quality of the pictures suck and the texture changes the hue of the color. In person the difference is negligible at best. |

An option though if you want to keep the finish up. |
