Got up to 255lbs on squats today.
My body is shaped all funky and I almost can't hit parallel. That, and with me messed up back and knee, I'm happy to just lift it off the bar. |

Bench 1x10 155 5x5 185 Close grip bench 4x8 135 Incline Bench 1x10 135 Will do some pushups later. Also, my Vortex Viper PST 1-4x24 came in today. My mount should be here by Friday, so I may even be able to try it out this weekend. |

Felt like a total beast today.
50 back extensions x2 25 oblique dumbell raises each side 75 lbs x 2 Squats. 230x1 no problem. New PR, felt so good bumped up my workout weight by 5 lbs. 200x5x2 Easy. PR Deadlift 335x5 Easy. PR Pullups 11 did 8 in a row PR 7 with 15 lbs 8 with 15 lbs 6 with 20 lbs Was seriously jacked after this workout.
