You know- I think of it this way...
You have a group of kids, all playing around and ofcourse kids don't have their moral compasses truely set in stone yet. They joke, they repeat things they hear, and don't fully process the things going on around them and so it's the adults responsibility to steer them in the right directions and make corrections when needed. But then you have the kid that does have his set- you see it plain as day and his moral direction more closely resembles a runaway train and the conductor is high on drugs. And the parent, or employer, really is showing to the other parents that they don't give a shit about this little assholes actions. Eventually- this kid burns himself out and resolves his own genepool or- someone comes along and Chris Kyle's this motherfucker right across the mouth and the rest of the kids and parents laugh. And I'm fine with either. |
