I have a BFL but nobody knows what it is. NRA sticker is on my kegerator.
I figured I should not advertise that I have something worth stealing.

Not even worried about thieves.

I worry about the liberal vegan upper middle class soccer mom who tries to bait me with road rage in the Trader Joe's parking lot.

I worry about the rookie cop eager to show off what he learned in the academy on one of those white supremacist domestic terrorist 2nd amendment types.

I worry about the director at my company who sees my car in the parking lot and decides to fuck over the asshole sysadmin who always shoots down his dumb ass requests to fix things that aren't even broken by making up a story about how i threatened to kill him with my gun.

I might if I didn't live in NJ. Doesn't pay to advertise here IMO.

Oh, yeah, forgot about the Gadsden Flag sticker next to the NRA and TSRA stickers. Ain't skeered.

Nope, but I do have a BFL.

Can't be a simple yes or no can it? You must work for MSNBC, your poll reeks of liberal horse shit.

Link Posted: 2/12/2013 9:08:06 AM EST
I do, on my minivan hauling my little kiddies.
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 9:11:50 AM EST
I did on my Jeep, and it was broken into and my 1911 stolen out of the center lock box that was locked.

It sucks you can't carry everywhere. Sporting events, etc here.

NRA
Gadsden
Magpul
ARFCOM BFL

Come get it.

No need to watch out, we don't have a badass over here.

I've had an NRA sticker on my car for the last 12 years at least - parking on a large university campus every day

No damage or vandalism so far.

You and Mike Adams must be the only pro-gun profs in the country.

No stickers at all on my car

I do while I'm at work. Only because I can't carry while at work.

I can't think of any other good reason other than going somewhere were you aren't able to carry.

No stickers.

I have a BFL on all my vehicles. No NRA stickers.
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 9:39:10 AM EST
Just a BFL on the back window and unless it's someone on here nobody knows what it is. The only reason for the BFL is because I like the way it looks.

No, I only have two vinyl stickers on the back window, a BFL and an Eagle, Globe, & Anchor.

My mother gave me enough attention as a child, I dont need any more from strangers.

EGA and nothing else.

They are ugly.

I've got a red 1" BFL on the upper corner of my back window, and nothing else.

Trying to stay under the radar while satisfying my "need" to "tell the world who I am."

An NRA sticker is too obvious and I don't want my truck keyed, tires slashed (again), or windows smashed.

Too bad it has to be that way, but it is what it is.

Is this a Vermont thing? Here in NC, every other pickup has a NRA sticker.
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 9:53:40 AM EST
There was already one on the truck when I bought it.

No. Don't need my new car keyed like my buddy's.

No. I don't put anything on my vehicle that will distinguish it beyond of course my license plate.

Low profile folks.
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 9:57:35 AM EST
No stickers of any kind.

Nope. Grey man and all . . . .
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 10:04:37 AM EST
No

Opsec and a deep loathing of most stickers on vehicles
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 10:06:52 AM EST
I used to have one and, but the fuzz kept asking if I had a gun on me, or in the vehicle.
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 10:18:06 AM EST
Can't vote. I still haven't received my sticker and card in the mail.

Otherwise, yes. I already have a bolt face and LaRue sticker on it.
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 10:23:34 AM EST
I don't put any decals / bumper stickers or any shit like that on any of my vehicles, period. There are a myriad of reasons for that... after having many discussions with LEO's over beers about this topic I am convinced my reasoning is sound and I'm sticking to it.

I do rock a BFL hitch cover on my F150, however unless you are right on top of it you can't even tell there is a symbol there. Anyone who happens to be right on top of it to be able to see there is a symbol AND knows what the symbol is, isn't someone I'm going to worry about.

Link Posted: 2/12/2013 10:24:18 AM EST
Nope. While they preach tolerance and peace, liberals are vindictive, violent scum and will fuck up your vehicle.
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 10:26:04 AM EST
Yes. Life Member sticker
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 10:37:27 AM EST
Yes, I have stickers on both my and my wife's vehicles. They've been on since '07 and '09 when we first bought them and nothing bad has happened to them. I also have a GOA decal. All three of them are the outside of the glass version as our back windows are factory tinted.

Of course now that I posted the above Murphy is going to rear his ugly head, huh?
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 10:46:15 AM EST
No. As much as possible, nothing to distinguish my car from any other of the same make model and color.
Link Posted: 2/12/2013 10:48:24 AM EST
I used to but as a result of reading threads like this, I removed them.

Just got my NRA membership letter today. Should I put the sticker on my BMW? It would fit perfectly over the roundel on the hood

Does anyone have actual EVIDENCE or EXPERIENCE with people vandalizing NRA stickers or keying cars, etc.?

My buddy's truck had tons of stickers on the back. Gun companies, motorcycle companies, etc. Someone scratched up just the gun ones and keyed the shit out of the side of the truck. When he showed me I just shrugged and told him that I said it wasn't a good idea to have them on there in the first place.
