And hilarity ensues... Passed by party line...

1224 next.

2014 needs to be a crippling loss for the Dems in this state.

...With enough republican seats to repeal any anti-gun laws passed.

I agree 100%

We're filing the official petition with the State tomorrow for Mike McLachlan's recall, and John Morse's will be filed the week after. We just had some big money players jump in the game too so IMO Mike McLachlan is history.

We need to send a message to the LOCUSTS, that CO is a "lost cause" and that they need to take their blueprint somewhere else.

Down at the bottom, it has live feeds for both committees.  The first one is 1229/1228 and 1226, the second one (the one with the magpul van) is where 1224 is going on...

Watching this testimony, it's clear that these Colorado Dems did not even write their own bills - they have been handed down from Dem power players.   In one instance, they've had to revise legal jargon from a bill that was essentially written by Mayor Bloomberg of NYC, as the language did not fit Colorado.

What a frickin' joke.

So, the gavel hasn't hit the bench just yet ?

Commitee hearings are first, once they pass out of committee they go to the full Senate floor. If the process is the same as the house, they will be debated on the full Senate floor with a voice vote.  Then move for a 3rd recorded vote. Then off to Hicks desk for signing or veto.

This is the sort of liberal lies that we need to prepare the good Senators on prior to the final Senate vote.

Most of the lies they use have been used already so with transcripts it should be easy to document them and provide factual rebuttals.
