‘‘(M) The frame or receiver of a rifle or shot
gun described in subparagraph (A), (B), (C), (F),
(G), (H), (J), or (K).

This will ban a lot of semi automatic guns right there

‘‘(41) The term ‘folding, telescoping, or detachable
stock’ means a stock that folds, telescopes, detaches or
otherwise operates to reduce the length, size, or any other
dimension, or otherwise enhances the concealability, of a
firearm.

This will ban any youth shotgun or any shotgun which can accept a detachable
recoil pad

‘‘(46) The term ‘pistol grip’ means a grip, a thumb
hole stock, or any other characteristic that can function
as a grip.

That covers most all guns

Anybody notice that the M1A isn't mentioned at all in that rag?

Not by name, but it's a semi auto that accepts detachable mags, and a threaded barrel, therefore it would be considered and assault rifle.

New bill states only allowed to have one evil feature.

It is on the exemtped list at the end of the bill I think

It might be the M1 carbine

We should REALLY make a list of all firearms this would cover... I'll make up an infographic and we could send it around.

I don't think the "hunters" would be so quick to dismiss it as it isn't effecting them if they saw just what this would effect.

The Rock River LAR-47 is an AK47?

edit:
This dumb bitch thinks an M107 and a Calico are AR-type rifles.

You need to study the 'exempted' list first before making any graphic

Some guns would be banned under the features test except Feinstein exempted them by name

How the hell are we supposed to hold the weapon?

I find it peculiar that many of the specifically exempted guns wouldn't be covered under the features test at all---why bother listing a bunch of bolt actions, for instance?

That is to get support of people who own those weapons and members of congress

But I was referring to some of the semi auto guns on the 'exempted' list

‘‘Ruger Mini-14 (w/o folding stock)

She exempted most all Ruger Mini-14s as manufactured on the date she introduced the bill. The Mini-14 has a collapsible stock, not a folding stock.

Sounds to me like this clause will ban the possession of more than 10 compatible belt links.

Wow.  The Mini-14 is exempted?

I guess the Ruger sell-out paid off.

Interesting considering the popularity and history of the Mini-14.  What exactly is her game?  Ruger seems to be on the right side of this mess, this time around.

slidefire stock and/or any hellfire type of trigger attachment would be how I take it.

Yeah but that "or functions to accelerate" wording I take to mean any lighter than factory trigger.  That could be a big one.

Hell, they could really use that wording to any ergonomic improvement if they wanted to... and you know they want to make our firearms safer for us and our families!

"OH THAT MAKES IT MORE COMFORTABLE TO SHOOT, SO THAT MEANS YOU CAN SHOOT FASTER AND MORE ACCURATELY....... FUNCTIONS TO ACCELERATE!!!!!!"

I may be tin foiling that one, but you know they would use anything in their power to fuck us.

I was speaking about how common the types of guns on her "non-approved" list must be, if she had to name so many.

I have very few on the "approved" list, but then again, for the real and actual purpose of the Second Amendment, you wouldn't.
