We just elected a Democrat Senator, and Pomeroy and Conrad were in Congress for what seems like forever. That being said our Democrats are more conservative than most New York Republicans. We are moving further right every year. |

This law changes it to any judge being exempt. This is the only proposed legislation that I'm kind of "meh" on. While I understand it, to me it reeks of 4 legs good, 2 legs better. |
