I'm cross posting this from the Dakotas forum since it receives little traffic.

Its a pain in the butt making an account and searching for them all so I will just post them here.  They are 1183, 1215, 1224, 1241, 1260, 1282, 1283 2145.

1183 http://www.legis.nd.gov/assembly/63-2013/documents/13-0500-02000.pdfYes on this bill. It makes it a class a misdemeanor for law enforcement to assist the federal government in an federal firearm law enacted after January 1rst of this year.

1215 http://www.legis.nd.gov/assembly/63-2013/documents/13-0585-01000.pdfYes on this one. It strengthens concealed carry holders right to schools when allowed by the school board, Parks, gun shows etc.

1224 http://www.legis.nd.gov/assembly/63-2013/documents/13-0528-01000.pdf repeals  62.1-02-10prohibiting having a loaded weapon in car, repeals 62.1-03-01removes plain sight requirements, locked after dark requirements,repeals 62.1-04-02removes requirements to be licensed to carry concealed, and repeals 62.1-04-04 requiring  showing cwp on demand.

1260 http://www.legis.nd.gov/assembly/63-2013/documents/13-8214-01000.pdfrestoration of rights. Requires petition to be made where one was convicted instead of where one resides unless conviction was out of state.

1282 http://www.legis.nd.gov/assembly/63-2013/documents/13-0198-01000.pdfallows a suppressor for hunting.

1283 http://www.legis.nd.gov/assembly/63-2013/documents/13-0466-01000.pdfsame as 1215 but expands it to include churches where church officials allow.

2145 amends public gathering exemption from "judges practicing in North Dakota" to "any judge".

I Live in likely the most liberal county in the State (it went 75% to Obama) but you won't hear anyone say a bad word about any type of gun.  
Everyone hunts, shoots and views guns as just a necessary, normal, natural part of our way of living.

Actually we're not. We just elected a Democrat Senator, and Pomeroy and Conrad were in Congress for what seems like forever. That being said our Democrats are more conservative than most New York Republicans. We are moving further right every year.

As you know we are not allowed to carry during certain "public gatherings". Judges practicing in north Dakota are exempt from that prohibition. This law changes it to any judge being exempt. This is the only proposed legislation that I'm kind of "meh" on. While I understand it, to me it reeks of 4 legs good, 2 legs better.
