A license to own is defacto registration. The state database is defacto registration. The law is draconian and spits in the face of the founders.
Registration IS confiscation. A license automatically infers a "privilege" not a "RIGHT". I am sorry New York Arfcommers. |

That's some abusive legislation, for sure!
It's going to have to withstand the test of the intent and purpose of the 2nd Amendment, though. The term "infringement", comes to mind...... Does NY have the $$ to enforce all this?? It sounds terribly expensive considering it won't reduce crime, only inconvenience law abiding gun owners. |

NY can't make it illegal for a person in PA to sell you ammo.
Unless the feds get their wish on that, there's friendlies to the south that can help you keep your stash supplied off the radar :) |
