There is a thread around here discussing cnn's Don Lemon perjuring himself on the 4473 when he purchased an ar15 in Colorado. It is something about residency. Don't know if he did, but we should check into both of this maybe.
Edit: here is the thread. http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_5/1408135_anti_gunner_don_lemon_from_cnn_commits_and_admits_to_felony.html |

We either believe such a ban is unconstitutional or we don't. Let's not turn into hypocrits just because
Gregory is a giant douche bag. |

I am a law-abiding citizen, and do my best to abide by even those laws that I find most repulsive. It's not hypocrisy to insist that the hypocrites do the same. Hit their facebook page and ask how he got permission to break the law. |

The State propaganda ministry is above the law. Especially when on a mission to demonize and whip up violence against a group.

Why do these assholes think reloading is such a big deal anyway. This kook reloaded many times. So what if he has to do it a few more. It only takes a few seconds. Getting rid of 30 round mags will do nothing.

They just want to disarm the good guys, believing in their own twisted brand of logic that it will somehow disarm the bad guys. We try to reason with them....over and over and over again. Somehow, reason doesn't penetrate their bizarre view of reality. |

And look how bad that was. Reloading does not slow people down. linky |

The only legal way to do it is like buying over the internet, you pay for it at the dealer in NV and he ships it to your local dealer in FL where you fill out the 4473 and do the background check. |
