I really hope he gets busted.
I am a responsible gun owner who follows the law, fuck Gregory for thinking he's special. |

There is a thread around here discussing cnn's Don Lemon perjuring himself on the 4473 when he purchased an ar15 in Colorado. It is something about residency. Don't know if he did, but we should check into both of this maybe.
Edit: here is the thread. http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_5/1408135_anti_gunner_don_lemon_from_cnn_commits_and_admits_to_felony.html |

Don't know if he did, but we should check into both of this maybe. Where's Don Lemon a resident of at all? If he's from NY now, he's probably in violation of several of their state laws, too. Edit: Disregard. He's from Georgia, apparently. Legal for long guns. Nevermind. |

We either believe such a ban is unconstitutional or we don't. Let's not turn into hypocrits just because
Gregory is a giant douche bag. |

It points out the hypocrisy of the anointed press and the futility and stupidity of the law itself.

Just sent a description of Gregory's actions and the quote of the law to Drudge's "tips". Just to see what happens.
Meet the Press's studios are in DC. |

I bet it wasn't his. Which means some studio assistants broke the law too.

Any other states and it has to go through a dealer in your state of residence. |

There is no such law, you just made that up less someone have posted that here before today.

I couldn't see it the show. But could there be a possibility that it could have been an airsoft magazine. If we could see an image if it had a follower, that would be awesome.
I wish I knew/know laws |

I am a law-abiding citizen, and do my best to abide by even those laws that I find most repulsive. It's not hypocrisy to insist that the hypocrites do the same. Hit their facebook page and ask how he got permission to break the law. |

I just posted on msnbc's comment about the interview and included the law. We'll see what happens and if there's a knock on the door later.
|
|
Someone fire up photoshop and superimpose the law over him waving the mag. We can start a new meme.
|
|
Nice picture of David "reading up" before the interview, can clearly see the 30-round mag right next to his cellphone.
|
|
The State propaganda ministry is above the law. Especially when on a mission to demonize and whip up violence against a group.

Why God did you let me go on Facebook and see all these jackasses talking about assault rifles with 30-round clips? People calling magazines "clips" drives me insane.

Quoted:
He's waving an AR-15 30 round magazine around. "DC High Capacity Ammunition Magazines - D.C. Official Code 7-2506.01 (b) No person in the District shall possess, sell, or transfer any large capacity ammunition feeding device regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm. For the purposes of this subsection, the term large capacity ammunition feeding device means a magazine, belt, drum, feed strip, or similar device that has a capacity of, or that can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than 10 rounds of ammunition. The term large capacity ammunition feeding device shall not include an attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with, .22 caliber rimfire ammunition.." Will he be prosecuted? Fire mission! What is the penalty for violating the law ? And no matter how much you see " ignorance of the law is not a defense" having spent some time with a magistrate (issues arrest warrants in VA) and in criminal court , I can tell you lots of people successfully use that defense all the time |

We should demand Justice!
For the Children! What if one of those magazines got into the wrong hands in DC! |

It would have been great to say on air "See, we can make any law on guns we want, and someone out there will break them if it benefits their goal."

Why do these assholes think reloading is such a big deal anyway. This kook reloaded many times. So what if he has to do it a few more. It only takes a few seconds. Getting rid of 30 round mags will do nothing.

I thought the same thing . But he prob got it from local law enforcement. It looks fairly used.

Getting rid of 30 round mags will do nothing. Sen. Christie specifically mentioned that he can do a fast mag change. Leftist gun-grabber don't care about that. They just want to disarm the good guys, believing in their own twisted brand of logic that it will somehow disarm the bad guys. We try to reason with them....over and over and over again. Somehow, reason doesn't penetrate their bizarre view of reality. |

And look how bad that was. Reloading does not slow people down. linky |

Thank you! I never knew MTP was available online. A cop in every school? Anybody know how many schools there are in this nation? |

I'm glad Wayne reminded the host that Columbine happened during the AWB. Wen't right over the hosts head.

The only legal way to do it is like buying over the internet, you pay for it at the dealer in NV and he ships it to your local dealer in FL where you fill out the 4473 and do the background check. |

Wow, that is funny. Shows how ignorant the media is in regards to local gun laws.
