Just crashed at Malinovka in a Tier 4 match with the Marder 38. Probably be a defeat, but I couldn't get back into the game to see. Earlier, I was in a couple of games where guys crashed out late in the match. In one case, a Tog II and at best guess, a KV1 (the red team, they complained in chat that one of their heavies crashed out, but didn't specify which) while the TDs played on.
Yeah, I know I said I was gonna stop, but what can I say?  Swiped my son's computer and loaded the game on it. Laptop was experiencing some radical graphical weirdness, where zooming turned the game into a slide show for a good half second, regardless of FPS shown. |

Of course, the laptop is an older Asus with a dual core 1.9ish processor. 4 gig ram and a 1 gig video card. |

I decided to try it again. I had to turn off just about 87% of what you can turn off and put just about everything's n to minimum... I get 80 fps but its still hangs up for a split second or two.
I hope this crap gets resolved before kids go on summer break. I dontvplan on playing much of this game at all while the kiddies are on break.

Had a 380 EFF guy in a Pershing try to tell a bunch of purples on our team that they didn't know how to play their tier X's. I challenged his tier X abilities, and he invited me to a training room for a 1:1 show down. His only X was the IS-4 and had a 28% win rate and < 700 average damage. I politely declined his invite. I'm not all that great at Tier X's myself, but yikes...you can land 2 shots in the IS4 and have > 400 damage. |

Just started paying the game. A couple of questions:
1. I keep getting shot in the ass and killed by my own side. Any ideas why? I have never laid a round on a friendly. One time I got killed while I was taking out the enemy tank capturing our base.... 2. I have LOTS of silver--what is it good for? 3. And finally, I assume I can only get the "basic" tanks without paying/buying an account? Sorry, I don't have time to scroll through 700 pages of internet dialogue. |

Sorry, I don't have time to scroll through 700 pages of internet dialogue. 1. you probably hang out with TRG and caught whatever infection he has. 2. you spend silver to improve your tank by buying modules, and eventually buying more advanced tanks. first, you have to research modules (by spending XP that you earn each battle). once you have a module researched, you have to option to buy it. 3. it's actually counterintuitive. within any tier, the non-premium tanks are actually better than the premium tanks. this is set up to prevent people from being able to buy the best stuff in the game--you have to earn it. i encourage you not to go out and buy a premium tank yet--learn the game first.

3 battles and one of them was a disconnect. War gaming, bite me. the match that dropped off of acted as if the match never happened. I didn't get paid either way. When I logged back in my tank was ready in garage and no flashing box to tell me victory or defeat.
The second game I played was a loss. The game was 35 seconds old by the time I was able to see the screen and move my tank. Out of the two three games I have played it took about 5 seconds for the enemy roster to appear. So the right side of my screen was just terrain not an enemy team list. Someone post when WG decides to actually fix this garbage of a patch. WG actually said to turn down or off the 3d bar. Yeah if I do that I am pretty much playing Karl. Screw that |
