I'd take two, and open carry both of them.

Eh, why not? Can't be much thicker around the grip than a Glock. Plus, 50GI? 10mm? Could be fun? Anyone ever shot one of these?

It's not a machine gun, it doesn't have a piece of string on it.

Because nearly 500 grains of .45 per pull is so damn full of win.

That's why.

Both hammers would have to fall at the same time. If they didn't you'd get one shot and one full cartridge ejected. Full of fail. Not to mention what is gonna happen when fudd pulls the second trigger as the full cartridge is half extracted. Can Anyone say BOOM.

It fires a single pair of slugs every time you pull the trigger.  8 pulls to send 16 slugs out.  Not sure how they got ATF approval.

I have no earthly use for such a money/noise conversion module, but for some reason, I find myself sort of wanting one.  Not gonna be cheap though.

Arsenal greased the right palms I guess, although you could look at it as every sear release only fires one round, since both must have their own sear.

Who knows, gun laws are full retard.
