People post the dumbest things on FB.

My sis-n-law works with a gal who was screwin' the Sr VP in the evenings *at the office* while they both were *doing work after hours*. They even took mini-vacations together that no one but the 2 of them knew about (both were married w kids). She was so absent minded of the whole thing that when they were on Cancun she posted pics of the two of them kissing on FB (evidently was drunk when she did), but tried to delete the pics the next day but someone had already seen it and saved it and showed it to those who "needed" to know.

Come to find out they had actually gotten caught by the cleaning lady during one of their sessions in the VP's office but had bought her silence.

Do not post anything on FB you do not want everyone and anyone to know about.

It's not good enough to call companies to the carpet when these incidents happen, it's just as important to recognize them for doing the right thing when it does happen.
