Rare Omega Seamaster.

From what I have read, there are less than six known examples in the U.S. none of which have the Turler emblem on them. (Turler is like Tiffany's in Switzerland.)

I am having it restored and will be giving it to my Father.

Here's a license plate from my great uncle.
It was actually on his car for a couple months before someone at a grocery store asked him if he knew he plate was stamped like that.
He went to the DMV with it and they issued him a new one and told him to keep this one as it might be a collecters item one day.

Opulence, you has it.

If you ever have the chance to get into the secondary ticket market business - do it. Once you establish ground doing that - buy the tickets from the teams directly and charge whatever you please for them.

I am a (non)believer. Fly me to MD so I can be a believer.

I'm curious how someone gets into such a profession.

My daughter, around a decade ago, wearing her Great Grandfather's Shipyard helmet-shortly before he died:

I'm awfully grateful that she was able to know him before he passed-my Grandfather was a wonderful man.

Before my Grandfather died he asked me asked me point blank what possessions of his I wanted after he was gone. The only two material things that meant a lot to me were his WWII dog tags and that helmet. After he died, his gold digging new wife and her family were giddy at the thought of their payday. His dog tags ended up in the trash-but I was able to get the helmet and bring it home.

I'm sure there are plenty of Browning machine guns owned by Arfcommers. How about Browning's first MG? Here's a Colt M1895 automatic gun in .30-40 Krag. This was a commercial gun sold to a mining company in Colorado in July, 1904 for strike suppression.  Only 642 guns of this type were made, excluding approximately 500 purchased by the  U.S. Military in 6mm Lee Navy and .30-40.

Most of the 642 were sold to Mexico and various South and Central American countries, so the predominant caliber was 7mm Mauser.  But Colt was eager for sales and would engineer the Potato Digger in about any caliber a customer wanted. They were sold in about 10 or 12 different camberings from 6.5 Mondragon to 7.62mmX54R Russian.

The finish is original but it's currently decativated and waiting for the Form 1 reactivation papers to be approved. I hope to have it running by Spring if a belt can be found to feed it.

Bone Daddy, a 'slick' Airedale from McNeal, Arizona, where such beasts are used to hunt coyotes, bears, and lions.  He was the runt of the litter, but more than makes up for it in attitude.  He hates other dogs, although he did learn to live with his predecessor (a Dobie, 'The MIghty Blitz') and Mojo Momma, another slick Airedale.
