Breakfast isn't that bad - well, an Egg McMuffin isn't that bad - and an Egg McMuffin + Coffee is what I'm most likely to eat at McD's. No hash browns, thanks. For drip coffee, McD's is alright. Lunch? 2-3 times a year, and I'm trying to get that number down to zero. It's simply not good and it's certainly not good for you.

I usually get very last minute notice to float the river, and by the time I get packed up, I have to get there asap. You don't want to drink a lot of alcohol on an empty stomach, so I get one of those. It's greasy, about 400 calories, and FAST. Fits the bill.
