I stopped going there about 10 years ago.
I went to the range one morning and stopped at McD's after shooting. I went to work that afternoon and tripped over a curb in the parking lot. I did a header into one of those newspaper vending machines. I hit is so hard I knocked it over and knocked myself out. I was taken to my company medical dept and they checked my glucose level which was pretty high and told me I was diabetic. I figured my McD's lunch screwed up my sugar so I stopped going there. Unfortunately the glucose problem didn't go away, it probably had a lot to do with all the Big Mac's, Whoppers, and fries I ate over the years. |

I'll go through the drive through and get a drink once or twice a week if I'm out. I get food maybe once a month.

Purely depends on the circumstances. There have been times where I've had to eat it for 5 meals in a row, and there have been times I went for months without eating at one. If I'm in a situation where fast
food is the option, I default to McDonald's because of the $1 any size
drink. That was the best marketing move ever. I prefer other fast food,
but if I have to eat fast food, I end up going through McDonald's for the
cheap drink.

What did it for me, along with shitty fatty food, was several years ago while on a family vacation.
Stopped at one in western NC to grab some breakfeast and first went into the bathroom. One of the employees was in the shitter taking a nasty shit (as it could be smelled across the room) and promptly after leaving the stall, continued on out the door and into the kitchen, never stopping to wash his hands. |

I used to alot because there was one on the way to work. I only have fast food about once or twice a month now and honestly don't care for it much anymore.

I haven't eaten anything from McDonald's in about 15 years. I actually really LIKE the Big Mac
, but I've just sort of stopped eating fast food altogether.
However, if my wife doesn't have time to make breakfast, she'll often get an egg mcmuffin and coffee from a drivethrough. Apparently that's not too "unhealthy" and is a decent quick breakfast if she's in a hurry. She probably does that about once a week. |

The last time any of my money went to McDs was two and a half years ago. My wife was pregnant with #1 and we were coming back from a trip to PA. Driving down 81, and there's nothing...
Pregosaurus demands that I stop the car and find her something with sugar in it. How about a soda from the cooler? No. I must have prepared food served to me. OK, whatever, pregenstein. The only thing at the next exit is McDonald's. Fine, whatever, just get me something! I pull into the drive thru and tell her to go for it. She bought a medium caffe mocha. Before that? No idea. |

I probably eat there 2-3 times per year. In general, I have fast food 2 or 3 times per month usually only while traveling, occasionally if I'm really busy and can't make it home or go to a sit-down restaurant.
