Zimmerman should use the Obama defence:
"I didn't pull that trigger, Treyvon made that happen" The other day they showed a text message from Obama to Phelps when he won a gold medal. I would have paid every penny I own for Phelps to message him back "You didn't send this text, one of your aids did" |

Sadly, the corrupt judge has already shown his ample bias for a lynching of Zimmerman and is completely fine with ignoring the fact that there isn't a shred of evidence to convict him on. Zimmerman's only hope is to get a fair trial from a jury of 12 that will see the failings of the prosecution and the judge.

Never gonna happen, they are out to get Zimmerman and well aware of the trouble that could happen if he doesn't get a jury trial.

"Martin's family said Zimmerman, a white Hispanic, followed the African-American victim because of racial profiling.

In my wildest dreams Zimmerman gets his SYG hearing at the end of October and is cleared a day or two prior to the election. The rioting and unrest would very likely be enough to end obama's chances. After all if your consituents are looting liqour stores and burning strip malls then they are not out voting for you.

How sad is it that I'm almost apathetic to the fact that Zimmerman won't get justice. I actually expect that he'll be denied equal justice under the law.

If there is to be any " No justice No Peace " riots after he is aquited I am sure they want it to happen now and not closer to the election. |

The Obama camp fears a pre-election dismissal more than just about anything. The riots will drive voters away from him in droves and his people know that. But if it was going to happen, it would be better for obama for it to happen now IMO. |

George Zimmerman case continued; trial unlikely before 2013 ...
Los Angeles Times1 day ago Aug 08, 2012 · George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer who killed Trayvon Martin in Florida, will probably not face trial until early next |

He has been handed everything he needs to show he did not receive a fair trial... Sadly it will take YEARS before this is resolved. My .02 cents. |

The risk for him is far too great that, even though none of us expect it, a dismissal of the case could leave Sanford in flames. |

He's only getting this hearing to take it off the table as grounds for an appeal once he's convicted. The fix is in.

Hannity was saying how some law professor Hannity interviewed stated to the effect the lack of known evidence already known by what has been in the press in the charging instrument is "withholding evidence" by the prosecution. Grounds in itself for overturning the conviction.

Doesn't Florida law REQUIRE that charges be dropped in a SYG hearing if there is no evidence contrary to the claim of SYG? If so, don't we all agree that there is no such evidence?
