William Abbate is an immoral idiot, but the more details that come out make this sound consensual/statutory and the girl as a bit crazy. So, it's less bad then? I mean she was 15 and might be out of her mind, but it was consensual, so its not abuse? It is wrong for a 30 or 40 year old guy to bed a 15 or 16 year old girl, but I just don't classify it as "abuse" or "rape" if it wasn't forced or coerced. She clearly isn't competent to make adult decisions if the OP second post in this quote tree is true. Taking advantage of someone like this is absolutely abuse. I absolutely agree.
