Mittens will get into office in November...nothing will change...he will try to "replace" Obamacare with RomneyCare....he will not get anything passed because he wants to work with both sides....I guarantee over the next 4 years there will be hundreds of threads on GD about how Romney is just like Obama...shit will not change in DC until we elect a Sarah Palin.

Do you think Mittens is going to do the following:

Get ride of entitlements?

Get rid of the EPA?

Get rid of DOE?

To name several....nope, nada, no....not goin to happen.

He is too pussy to have those things associated with his record...

Romney will say and do whatever is necessary to get re-elected. In this case that'll mean going after Obamacare. I have no doubt that if Romney thought defending Obamacare would help him he would do that. I doubt Romney will lead the charge to get rid of any of the things you list. I don't think Palin will run for president and if she does quitting the Alaska governorship will make her too hard of a sale. Personally I'd vote for her against Romeny in a primary if I was only voting on ideological grounds, I would be concerned that she just cannot take Obama; but then she might draw out more voters than a Rhino like Romney.

The bullshit accusations would have been handled by a far more powerful legal team with a much larger bankroll , allowing her to concentrate at the matters at hand , instead of costing Alaskan taxpayers , and the Palin family themselves , the thousands ....if not millions , it would have taken to properly counter the bullshit .

The entire, national liberal attack machine effectively ousted her from office in what was one of their most desperate, successful and despicable acts. Why? Well, for the same reason so many here have PDS, she frightens the ever loving shit out of them. The so-called conservatives who despise, disparage and malign her endlessly have the snotty, smarmy arrogance of so many RINOs who say they want conservatism, yet greedily lap the liberal talking points up like the acceptance hungry, lapdogs they are.

Taking a stand is hard, especially when you have to take criticism over doing so. McCain did his best to crush her when she started to eclipse his loser, RINO, compromising ass. Most of her detractors from the right middle have the same fear of anyone like her having any real success & the sore nutsack they suffer from straddling the fence makes them quite cunty and mouthy about it.

I absolutely love Sarah.

I love how she gets liberals, closeted or otherwise, absolutely foaming at the mouth with the contempt and spite that is inherent with their beliefs.

Just asking someone about her is a good sounding board on their political beliefs. No matter how stealthily they try hide them.
She is exactly where she needs to be. She connects with the common conservative and really resonates with women of the right.

She doesn't have to be in political office to be effective. This is evident every time she is put on a public stage where she is attacked by the media. We know exactly what the libtards fear most,

IIRC, the crap that permitted the frivolous ethics complaints happened either immediately before or right after she took office as part of some "open government" nonsense, and was closed up in December of 2010. So the whole thing is unique to both Alaska and her time period.

I had way scaled back my GD visits mostly because of the overall anti-conservative bent. I've just had surgery and don't have much I can do. I see things haven't change much. The good thing is that its easy to size up posters.

Come on aimless there is a clear difference in criticizing someone and the outright hate that I see on this board for Sarah Palin.....how many times has she been called a "whore" on this board by so called conservative men. arfcom isn't that much different than the rest of the country, very easy to manipulate with talking points and lies. If you hang around here long enough you will observe the sheeplike behaviour you thought was confined to liberals. You will notice that not only do they hate palin, they hate rush and whoever else the media tells them to hate, bringing up the usual DU talking points for reasons.

Note the frequent references on how she messed up all the time without a single example. Also notice how they respond to facts and reasoning. They are as driven by emotion as the libtards.

The deficits were in comprehension AND verbalization. From her rambling governors resignation speech (where she ascribed responsibility for the decision to her kids), to her weird assertion, and even stranger defense of when questioned, that proximity to Russia was foreign policy experience to her inability in a debate with Biden to answer questions with anything other than canned non-responses, she's been thoroughly discredited as a knowledgeable leader.

When she decides to actually study what's going on and offer in-depth opinions that show comprehension along with partisan spin, then she'll outshine Romney and be worth listening to.

Has anyone explained the role of VP to her yet or is she still unsure of the job requirements for the position she ran for in 2008? The reason many people disklike her so much is because she helped Obama get elected. She was so polarizing that it gave yet another thing for liberals to unite against. I almost voted last election and I would have voted for mccain. But him choosing a vp who admitted she didnt even know what the vp does was a deal breaker for me, as well as many other voters.

McCain helped Obama get elected. McCain wanted to be the Republican nominee, he had zero interest in getting elected president.
