All good choices!! Ardbeg and Laphroig are very similar with Laphroig being a little harsher.  Love them both!!

Lagavulin hands down.

I also enjoy Talisker, Laphroaig Quarter Cask, Oban, and Macallan.

Balvenie DW here too.  When I finish the 11 bottles I bought I'll try something else.  I figure at my current rate I got about - 11 years.

I really like The Macallan - 15.  Good balance of flavors and very smooth.

Good stuff, OP.

Try Edradour's various small-batch offerings.

Ardbeg 10 is my go to Scotch, with Laphroaig 10 a close second. Talisker comes up third.

I tried the Balvenie Doublewood and found it had too much "burn" for my taste, maybe I'm a pussy.

Ive tried alot of fine single malt whiskies and the Balvenie Doublewood is def one of my favourites. It seems alot smoother than its 12 year old age would suggest.
