Should have had a magazine lock on a 10 round magazine on those AK's until it got a little closer to doomsday.... what was that, at least 120-140 rounds of ammo on that pic?

I watched the video and there are a couple of big factors here. At the end of the video they mention he is a Convicted Felon , which is kind of a big deal when it comes to guns and ammo, California or not. Also he didn't seem like the brightest crayon in the box and his mugshot shows him wearing a tiger stripe camo pattern shirt. So we have a convicted felon found with rifles that are banned under state law, he seems like a nutter, and he gets found out because he had a negligent discharge while showing off in front of child.
Don't break the law, but if you do don't show it off. PS I don't think it was an SBR, if you look closer it looks like there is just some stuff on top of it so you can't see the muzzle end. |

Well said Viper. Felons - especially dangerous child raping felons shouldnt have guns. If you are a non felon and want an AK, SBR, SMG, whatever - either MOVE to where you can have it OR work to change the laws.

About the time they talk about his 15 foot bunker and the guy responds with how he never completed it. I'd like to know just why he is a convicted felon. Reason being? My spidey sense is screaming "TWEAKER" right now. If his behaviors in the interview didn't have me keying in on it then the 15 foot bunker response is. It's just the kind of screw ball strange stuff that tweakers spend all night doing in the wee hours of the morning. Seen it too much and been around guys like this too much. I'd like to know if that guy was under the influence and if he was tweaking out of his mind when the negligent discharge happened. If the guy hasn't been arraigned yet that's what I want to see.
