With all their inefficiencies, NASA would have been a better choice than green energy. I've also noticed that when liberals are giving money away, a billion or two is no big deal. For any project they don't like though, it's a nation breaker. I'm sure NASA would have loved even half of what was blown on green energy. Taming NASA was never about saving money. It was about crippling American achievements and nationalistic pride. After all we wouldn't want the lesser achieving countries to feel bad about themselves, would we. I'm convinced Obamas misguiding attempt at global social justice is going to end up killing more people than all of history's wars combined. I agree with this. |

Astronaut Tom Jones came to speak to my son's Civil Air Patrol squadron about the space program and he spent a good majority of his presentation absolutely railing against the Obama administration for their lack of understanding the importance of space exploration and the fact that they're budgeting NASA out of existence. These folks have no love for Obama.
