I wish there were pics inside the service station.

I see a stool, probably a cool little clubhouse to drink some beers with the guys after working on some cars.

It must be nice to relive your memories by having an exact replica built of them.

I don't have the money to do that.

Here is one a guy built on his property.

I would do this if I have the room for it on my property.

My dad has toyed around with the idea of a building a '70s era service station. Hes a tightwad, so Im sure he will never do it.

That's what you do with a replica Texaco filling station... you sit and watch it.

If you take a shortcut between I-81 and I-64 in VA, there's a little gas station with a garage set up kind of like that in the back.

They have nothing better to do?

Maybe since they parked themselves outside the bathroom, they are waiting for a turn.

My grandfather owned a Texaco station in Detroit after WWII (and before the city turned into a slice of Sierra Leone).

I'd LOVE to do a project like this.
