And its for sale. For cheap.

Only down side is that its in Eastern Europe.

Buddy of mine has been living over there, well, he lived there for 20 something years before moving back to the states. In his 20 years there, he met some interesting people, some of which were around when the iron curtain fell, and some of them ended up with some armories. They sell things here and there, arm countries, good things like that. Well, one of his friends let him know that there is some 55 million rounds for sale, and they wanted to know if he had any interest. He called me, wanted to know if I had any interest.

Me? 55 million rounds of 5.56??? Shit. Thanks, but no thanks. I only travel for 60 million rounds or more.

So to Eastern Europe I go. Might as well call dibs, who knows what might happen in Eastern Europe. Pretty close to a 3rd world country, right??? I made my will, got cash ready to go. Anything I should know about Eastern Europe and or buying millions of rounds of ammo??? (I guess I should say, my buddy has an export company set up over there, and we have an import company set up in the US, plus filed all the paper work already to get stuff back into the US) Places to go? Things to see? I've heard the vodka is good as well as the women. Maybe I'll bring back a mail order bride?

I'll try to keep this updated. Buying tickets this Sunday, we are looking to leave Wed. Going for two weeks as of now, have meetings set up with 10 or so armories. There is a good bit more then just the 5.56 ammo, like 250 million rounds of 7.62x39, x54r, AK's, mosins, tanks, APC's, RPG's, hinds, among other things. Should be a good time.

Oh, and to get the photo shops started.......

55 million seems like a lot, but if some folks purchased just 5,000 rounds each, it would only be enough for 11,000 people. I bet ARFCOM could blow through that stash in 3 months without a problem.

55 million for one man though.

I like all those numbers except the $550,000 I don't have.
