Any Savage with the accutrigger, they're bar none the best bang for the buck

Get her a Mossberg Plinkster. They are accurate and reliable and can be had for under 100 bucks. 22lr is a better choice for a plinking gun than 22 mag. Much Much cheaper to feed.
