His height was puerto rican and his age was probably about puerto rican age.
Scour the state looking for him, please, but whatever you do don't go near lake Titicaca, i'm pretty sure my missing boy is nowhere near there.

I suspect he is implying that the victim in this story is possibly not being entirely truthful, as in the Susan Smith (I think) incident, where she drowned her child and asserted she was car-jacked, and the baby taken, by a Puerto Rican male of vague description.

Just a guess though.
