Reminder: Phoenix is where the armed Nazis are.

But I was told here they were just dirty hippies scared of guns that would leave when it got cold.

Another glimpse into the violent minds of left-wing socialists and anarchists.

According to very recent case law, we no longer have the right to self defense if in a confrontation with a police officer.

Know your place, serf.

I wouldn't just blame left wingers for this. There's plenty of right wingers here who have similar feelings.

This will be fun. Popcorn on the way.

The flyer makes interesting points that I think - in a different context and perhaps slightly less inflammatory rhetoric - many here would identify with. The text is basically saying: what happens when "law enforcement" is enforcing inherently unjust laws? Along the same vein of "a nation of too many laws is a nation full of criminals" or somesuch.

The irony is that so many others in that group would use the same law enforcement they are chiding to herd and suppress the rest of us who disagree with the majority of their ideologies.

It seems every side has a use for armed enforcement.

As I posted in an earlier thread....Any bets as to when these fuckers start becoming violent?

Seriously. When the "energy costs" for staying warm become outrageous this winter and "the poor" team up witht he Occupy and start demanding free heat? They will use violence "to save the lives of the POOR"

Hey, it's getting too cold in the NE. I'll bet it will suck for cities in the warm spots of the country this winter. I suspect to see them being bussed in.

That is why so many are being duped into supporting the Occupy movement - there is a kernel of truth in there.

The problem is that kernel of truth is surrounded with a huge ball of lies.

There is someone I have read about who does that.

Who was that again?

And more importantly - why would I EVER want to be on his side?

I somehow suspect that the real issue for these people will now be "How do you shoot a cop before he shoots you?"

Has an OWS dog been shot?!
Hippies, marines, whatever. But if the police are shooting dogs, thats it!

What about food?

I don't see too many in that area eager to be making handouts. And you know these people don't buy shit.

What about the tents?

Isn't camping inside city limits in violation of an ordinance? I don't forsee Phoenix PD giving them a lot of leeway on this one. Nor do I anticipate the residents overjoyed to see their nice town littered with tents and garbage.

It is sometimes legal and moral to shoot policemen, even when they are on duty and in uniform. The chances that that fact is in any way relevant to a bunch of bacteria-laden walking patchouli dispensers are minimal.

This is a repost, but it's appropriate for this thread:

Let me tell you about a group of American patriots who decided enough was enough in regards to nonsense firearms restrictions placed upon us by the government.

The Governor of Massachusetts passed a law supported by the legislature to ban the ownership of ammunition storage / caches. The restrictions also banned the collection of firearms in communities which may represent "militia activism."

This action failed to deter the patriotic people of Northern Massachusetts. They amassed stores of ammunition and arms all around their rural communities. They stocked their farm houses, personal properties and barns with arms and ammunition. The Governor be damned.

When the Governor learned of this defiance, he dispatched the State Police to arrest the so-called criminals and confiscate their arms and ammunition. He didn't want the media alerted, so he conducted his plan secretly. A large group of State Police were dispatched in the middle of April. However, their secret job was not so secret. A behind-the-scenes patriot from Boston learned about the Governor's plan and warned the citizens in danger about the approaching police force. The citizens reacted immediately and amassed along the governor's expected route, waited for the police's arrival then shot them to hell in an amazing shoot out.

It was an historic victory for the patriots of northern Massachusetts. The fight went on to be known as the battles of Lexington and Concord. The citizenry were warned by a fellow named Paul Revere.

Remember where your freedoms were earned. Remember who earned them. Realize they were people not unlike yourself.

It is funny that the regimes they cite as murderous are all Communist while at the same time they advocate leftism and many of the tenets of redistribution and class warfare so adored by the Commies. Our resistance to being disarmed, big, overly powerful govt, and adherance to the Constitution all act as a barrier to what they are worried about. Their actions assist in ushering in tyranny.

In my state it is clearly written in the law that a citizen has the legal right to use deadly force to resist unlawful arrest if that is the least amount of force that would be effective. I don't think anyone would dispute that. What they are talking about though seems to be resistance to to legal arrest. American police historically have not been without fault but they are a far cry from the death squads of Pol Pot, Lenin, Stalin, and Hitler.

We all possess guns to defend our freedom. Hopefully we would never allow purges and genocide in the US. I personally would fire on anyone who was trying to do the things the govts they refer to did. It can not be forgotten that while freedom is not quite what it was with the war on drugs, the war on terror, and modern survellience, the push back against big govt and the bad road it has taken us down has begun. The effort to restrain govt is not coming from the left either. Most of the bad govt originates at the federal level. The same level of govt the left has used for 50 years to stunt our freedom through taxes and regulation.

It seems like they are trying to blur the line between "Communist death squads are enroute to take us to camps. Die here or die there" and "we want to riot and the police won't let us break things and set things on fire". I think if they really thought about it they would conclude our Constitution, our Bill of Rights with the teeth of the 2nd Ammendment, and the personal courage of Americans are the best defense against what they fear from police.

I don't think that is what they want though. It seems they want to fan the flames until someone fires on police at one of their events. Of course if that happens they will deny anyone on their side fired the first shot. I don't think police in todays world in the US will fire into a crowd like the Syrian police. The left is becoming increasingly anxious to have a big event to keep their momentum up as far as the Occupy movement. They need to police to have an enemy. If the police were smart they would back off the protests until the citizens of their town demanded they take aggressive action. That time might never come but if the protesters go on the warpath it would. Right now the protesters want an incident to justify greater riot action on their part.

I find it interesting that the very regimes they hint at is exactly the direction the OWS 'handlers' would like to take us. And Obama, Pelosi, Reid, etc...own this. They have openly praised and encouraged this.

From audio they could tell it was a.380 and not a 9mm NATO or 9mm Markov or .32 ACP or .38 special or a .45 ACP or a .22 LR or or or?
Seems like more revisionist history BS.

They have the right to assemble peacably and address their government. they do not have the right to camp in the park. Pretty soon they're going to figure out they need to protest in organized shifts.

About that flyer: In a perfect world, it is right. Of course in a perfect world those examples cited would never have happened. So far here in America I have remedies if my rights are violated. If and when those remedies are lost, it is time to consider the argument presented.

Except the Occupy types support a communist agenda. They aren't seeking to defend freedoms, but rather to tear down those who work hard and become successful. It would be an insult to the patriots of northern Massachusetts to compare them to these modern day socialists.

Unalienable Rights are Rights granted by the Creator and cannot be given up or taken.
Inalienable Rights are Rights that you can give up or forfeit.

The only problem is, If the Gov't doesn't recognize a Creator then Unalienable doesn't exist.
