I missed my 223rd post, probably posted something stupid like LOL or +1 or Rick Perry is the MAN!

So, I decided I wanted a simple dinner tonight. Meat and Mushrooms always sit well in my belly.

On to the pic's!

A light coat of marinade, that will go directly onto the grill once its hot as Hades.

While the steak sits and waits, the mushrooms are prepared. Butter, and Balsomic vinegar, brought to a boil and then backed off.

The mushrooms are done, and since the steak will take only a few minutes, I'll leave them to set in the pan

Hot and Fast, I like my steaks like I like my women.

Pull it off and cover it for a few, let it stew in it's own juices.

Since I suspect I overcooked my steak (and I did) I decided to go heavy on presentation.

Little more done than I prefer.

To wrap up, I bladed in front of a mirror 87 times then practiced my urban prone until I felt it was tier 1, and adrenaline dumped, wait. is that Costa? He looks French.

**I rate myself 6 out of 10. I overcooked the steak, and my lack of side dishes. **

That steak is huge!

9.5/10

Only 0.5 point lost due to lighting and focus in the overhead table shot, but I went easy because I know how hard that is to do.

Thanks all.. Yup! indeed a bachelor. At this point, I'm 35, and other than the occasional secks. I prefer to keep the lady drama to a minimum.

wtf ? i thought it was a hamburger patty. that is not a huge steak unless you're anorexic. it's decently sized but too thin. and nasty fuckin mushrooms
