He thinks it's an overblown response to a stupid prank that he would take back if he could, but he understand their concerns. He should just go up to the campus cops on a daily basis, bring them a box of donuts, and proudly say, "you know, while you're wasting your time following me to class and back, you're not going after the real criminals on campus. Criminals like underage drinking in the dorm, parking infractions, and those guys selling weed." Every single day until he graduates.
Then wehn something does happen like a rape, when the civil suit comes around because the campus wasn't safe, testify for the victim that the cops spent all their time following a guy who put a sticker in an elevator instead of patrol;ong the campus. Then watch the cheif of campus police squirm on the stand when he gets grilled by her lawyer about that. |
