And no... I do not believe she has any idea that having that huge fricking TV and "stuff" and then complaining about being able to pay for electric service is "wrong". She has a "right" to "stuff" and free money and other shit.

I pay any and all bills I get. And if I can't, I downsize or sell shit off and then change things so I can pay my bills. And I save money, sometimes for years, to be able to afford something I "want". Obviously I am doing things incorrectly.

The job market around here has been a rollercoaster for the past few years. I moved up after working remotely for a company for a year, two years later, they were out of business and It took me about 4 months to find work. Stayed at that job for two years before they started laying everyone off, then I was out of work and collecting for unemployment for almost a year, trying to help start a business.

That business finally "took off" and was acquired, and now I'm looking at the possible (but unlikely) prospect of having to look for work again in six months or so once the integration of the companies is complete.

I'm doing almost my best (nobody is perfect) to make sure I have enough money socked away, again, to see me through rough times, again.

This thread did remind me that payday was "yesterday" and I forgot to submit my invoice, so that's done now. Look for the silver lining!

ETA: Point of this mini rant was just to show my disgust and slaving away at it every day to just make sure I don't end up in HER situation (living on subsidies), nevermind actually homeless. She makes me fucking sick.

lol saw a similar pic recently of some welfare rat complaining about something regarding government assistance, and in the background was what appeared to be at least a 50" LCD with several high end gaming consoles underneath (360 and Ps3, and possibly Wii) and of course, 30-40+ $50.00 games for those consoles, made me chuckle!

Reminds me of some leeches who lived in a subsidized housing community that bordered the back of my grandparents property, all driving around in $40k+ vehicles, some with higher priced vehicles.

I live outside of macon, and this is the norm. In fact, I need to see if an address can be pulled off of that bill. 20 says there is an Escalade or Denali on 26" wheels in the drive.

The reason her electricity bill is so high is because that TV is a PLASMA TV.

One that size burns electrons at the rate of 3000 to 4000 watts/hour.

Add it up, 14 to 12 hours with the TV on all month, what do you get? Big electrical bills!!
