A quick scan of the ones I rated that are still in my queue: Serenity, Matrix series, Lost series, Fido, Black Hawk Down, Bachelor Party Vegas, Tears of the Sun, Taking of Pelham 123, Angels & Demons, Surrogates, Zombieland, District 9, Start Trek movies, Proof of Life, Defiance, Brooklyn's Finest, Spartan, Legion, 3000 miles to Graceland, Thin Red Line, The Warlords.  I'm sure there are a ton more, but I hit my limit of 500 in the instant queue a few weeks ago and deleted most of the ones I had rated/seen.

Coming soon: Operation: Endgame (11/27) and Centurion (12/2).  No idea if they're any good, but Centurion looks like it will be.  By the way, you can fill up the bottom of your DVD queue with recent release movies that will automatically populate your instant queue as they become available.  Sifting through their new releases on instant is a nightmare, so I keep the bottom of the DVD queue full of ones I want to keep an eye on.

I'm suspicious about the way some movies are instant and others are DVD only. For example, Mad Max and Thunderdome and both instant, but Road Warrior is DVD only.

$9 vs $7 a month is insignificant. I just want everything to be streaming. Even if new releases need to be delayed, that's fine. But it's annoying that so many movies from 25 years ago also aren't on there.

If I really want to see something that isn't available to stream, I'm not going to sign up for the mail thing and wait a few days. I'll just go to a redbox or find a blockbuster that is still open and rent it.

Hubs and I are just finishing up SG Atlantis. I've gotten to the point that I only watch movies/shows streaming or from DVR The commercials are out of F$%@ing control. I just can't take it. You can't even watch news videos on the interwebz without being driven to distraction by commercials.

Now a lot of stations have started putting their station name in the corner constantly or little previews of shows in the corner DURING a show. What is UUUUUUUUUUP? FFFFFUUUUUUU Sorry I lost it for a minute.

We watched "Babies" the other night and it was really cool.

The African kids that literally play in the dirt naked all day were developing faster than the protected babies from USA, Japan, etc.  It was really interesting.

Election -  It's like the Godfather, but better
Exiled - Hong Kong action meets Spaghetti Western.

La Femme Nikkita (solid concept, but dated/incorrect firearms portrayal)

Spartacus: Blood and Sand -  It's like 300, but with a lot more boobies and violence
