$4 and some change, not bad, only bought one box because I have never shot any steel case out of my Bushy KISS ar15.

It's my only AR, am I running bad ammo through it, or is this steel case TulAmmo g2g?

I've run plenty of Wolf through mine with no trouble.

IMO, you should be fine.

It was 4.97 before tax, 5.30 when everything was said and done, for 1 pack of 20, they have a butt load more, if this 20 shoots good, I might go pick up more

ya I am stoked because I hardly ever get to shoot my ar15 since federal is so expensive, but now that they have this, the commies just helped my range budget

It's Wolf; but if you get a bad round that screws up your gun you are on your own.

Wolf does not back Tula with it's usual warranty.

It's made by Tula. One of Russia's oldest arms factories. Our Wal-Mart has Tula .380 ($14/50), 9mm ($9.97/50), 5.56 for the same price stated above, and .40S&W ($13.95/50).

They're also stocking Uly 7.62x39 at $4.59/box.

Mine also has some 9mm luger and I think .380, im going to have to invest in a glock because that 9mm is looking mighty good. Does Tula make .45acp?

Never had a stuck casing, best way to remove one should it happen?

Yes, AIM has carried their .45ACP in the past. Still waiting for Wal-Mart to get it in. I think a Glock 30 is sealed in my future.

I just came off  the range about an hour ago put 380 rounds of Tula through my Colt 6920 day two of Carbine course.......one failure to eject.......dumped the round and no other problems....I got mine for 2.79 per box at Cabela's code for $5.00 shipping on the 1K.

Just keep the gun clean and it will work.

any different cleaning methods for cleaning after steel use? I usually run cleaner/snake/oil for brass

After I saw the thread of tula blowing up a guys HK handgun, I will not be buying it. Get wolf or bear instead. Wolf said that if their ammo blows your gun up, they will replace it.

This is true.  Tula didn't offer to replace that guy's handgun after their ammo blew it up.

If you like it then it's fine.  I'm a brass snob when it comes to non AKs but it is a personal choice.

I've had about 8-10 ARs over the years and have put cases of steel cased .223 through rifles over the years.  Wolf and Czech S&B mostly though, don't think I have ever used Tula.  I think someone posted a review that since it is dirtier you should clean the chamber well before switching back to brass cased ammo as the steel doesn't expand and allows the residue of carbon to blowback more and if a brass case is then fired it may get hung up when it expands into the dirtier than usual chamber.

May have been an Old_Painless posting.  Get a broken shell extractor.  I have one in different calibers I shoot but have never needed them yet.  I'd have to search for them if I needed them

My Walmart had .223, .40, and 9mm but no .380
