Could someone from California comfirm the validity of this for me.
I was told that in Northern Cali, San Francisco in particuler has a new law for pet ownwers.
From what I understand,you are no longer or allowed to be called a pet owner. People are now refered to as "Animal guardians". They say the title as a pet owner relates too much under the definition of slavory due to the ownership status. Is this true? Can anyone elaborate on this?
If so, this wouldn't surprise me coming from California.
