Make sure you just re-submit the profile with the auto-logon still marked as yes so you aren't generated a new key. If you set it to no, save, then change it to yes, a new key will be generated and any other PCs you have it set for will need to update as well. (I use it on my home PC, laptop, and work pc!)

I haven't had a problem with it since the fix, so maybe your cookies got messed up or you hit the log out button!

It should be ok... so it has to be something on your browser or machine...

Are you purging your cookie??? I would check to make sure the cookie is setting properly... the expiration date for it is 3 years! (Set your browser to prompt you to accept cookies to check them as they come in. Just do it to see that this one is being created!)

I can't see anything else messing with the cookie unless you have your browser temp files being purged often or your disk space limit being low (forcing them to be cleaned out.)

Has to be something on your end... we just need to figure out what!
