It's not worth the effort or hassle to track this information due to a number of reasons.
Perhaps in the future we can re-consider this, but for right now, I don't think it worth the time. -- GB |

Well, it SEEMS like it shouldn't be all that complicated.. It's just one more variable that gets read and added to the message just like the body, poster name, or anything else.. Doesn't seem like there should be a whole tracking system involved.
You guys run the show, and do a really good job at that. Keep up the good work. |

Right now I just don't want to deal with the hassles of this... there's much more important things, like speed. I'm considering a change to the Forums engine to try to squeeze more speed out of it, if I follow through on it, then perhaps... it would be much easier to do at that point with basically no added computing time. Right now, it would basically be like one hit to the DB per post write.
