There's more views for this thread than for the math forum.
Just sayin'. |

I have unfortunately been working long hours and weekends. Since I've had little personal time I went without shaving for several days. Finally I resorted to using an electric razor that was gifted to me several years ago. By 1:00pm it felt like I hadn't even shaved.

Wet your face. Apply ballistol. Wait one minute. Rub it in. Shave. The scent is a classic fragrance, popular in Europe. But it works. |

I just got some feather blades yesterday and used them for the first time today. Nice shave.
Of course, without shaving subforum, you guys wouldn't know that. |

[Last Edit: 6/16/2012 10:33:50 AM by Jacketch]
I finally had time for a relaxing shave today. After stropping a Friedmann & Lauterjung 6/8 straight razor I applied a bit of Vitos pre-shave and whipped up some of Fitjar shaving soap that was applied with a silvertip badger brush.
Excellent shave and afterward a splash of witch hazel and some Musgo Real aftershave finished it off. CBS
Why would anyone want to scrape their face with a modern cartridge razor. ![]() |

I'm just breaking in my Semogue 830 this week. (palm lathering) I hated my VDH boar brush but I'm willing to give a quality boar a chance.
Tonight is it's debut! I'll be shaving with my Clover brand 1/4 hollow. |

I recently found an old Hoffritz slant.
I'm skeeeeeeered. I'm not sure I need a slant. I do real well already with a superspeed and a toothy "New". But there it sits. Mocking me. ![]() |
