I like how someone mentioned having a finer things sub forum for things like this and also include dress watches and other things like that that seem to pop up all the time.

Two months in to wet-shaving, hundreds of dollars spent on hardware and software, and all because of a thread here on arfcom last year.
Seems a shame to spend hours on other forums when we could potentially have a community of wet-shavers here. |

Giving this a little bump. Ohh and today I spent the morning digging found a Gillette slim adjustable in the box. Guy wanted $3. Yea. I didn't even haggle lol. Really need to figure out this picture posting lol

I would enjoy that subforum.
I have recently gone clean shaven after 25 years of a beard, and was using a Fusion. I saw the recent wet shave thread, followed a link to Vintage Blades, and the next thing I know, a silvertip badger, a Dovo Bismark 6/8, 3" strop, and mug and soap are next to my sink! I think straight razor shaving is a natural for anyone who enjoys fine knives and tools, and a bunch of like minded gun guys seems to fit well. I like the suggestion for Grooming and Haberdashery |

All of your photos are making me want to spend hundreds of more dollars on soaps/creams, brushes, and maybe a straight razor.
