Some friends of ours served this a couple weeks ago at a birthday party. My wife likes it, which is pretty unusual as she is normally a very light wine drinker and typically does not like hard spirits.

It's really decent chilled. No bad aftertaste and no horrible whiskey/bourbon breath. Not a quality drink, but it'll make you sleep like a baby.

Last Christmas someone served me a hard apple cider with a shot of Fireball in it. It actually made the hard cider taste alright, for a seasonal drink.

Edit: also fun to hand a bottle of it around a good campfire.
