The PVW 20 and Michter's 20 are insanely good pours. Just great bourbons that you can pour and say 'wow'. I also enjoy the Sazerac 18 and the Van Winkle Rye - it's hard for me to compare them and say I like one over the other.

The barrel proof stuff is always great, such as the Stagg and Weller bourbons up top - and even the Macallan Cask Strength in the bottom corner - but they require a little more time and some water to mess with so I generally don't go for them first when I want a 'special pour'.

Everything on the shelves is there because I've found it to be exceptional in its own way and I may crave one over the other for a different occasion or reason.

Classy looking cabinet. And I like the new weller bottle. the old ones were just a little too wide to fit into a lot of my cabinets.

OK so there is a positive.

It's just too much change. It's bad enough that Weller is no longer made at the distillery bearing the name.

It tastes like high proof Vodka cut with limestone mixing water, but cleaner.

I mostly bought it for the packaging. I have a desktop humidor that it goes really well with.

I was a RHF fan before anybody was paying it any attention. It kind of took off though and now it's tougher to find. Like any of the single barrels it varies a little but some has been stellar. Most of the SFTB is shipped to my door from the Netherlands. If Gold and SFTB was on the shelves in the US for the price I pay, you'd never see it. I try to get bottles from different barrels because of the variance.

I think I have more mashbill #1 than #2, including a dwindling supply of EHTBP 129, the 3rd release and my personal favorite daily drinker.

Send me a pm with your shipping info and if you're not in a hurry, I'll get you a RHF.

Very nice. Weller 107 is definitely shipping right now. I was in a local store today, picking up some wine for the wife. They had a case. Said it was the first time they had ever been filled for a Buffalo Trace Antique request by the distributor. Open one and enjoy.

Yep! It's a batch 10. Anything below batch 11-12 should be 100% SW...over those will be a mix of SW and 21-year Canadian Rye
